Dear Parents,

May we cordially invite you to our very popular annual BBQ which takes place this year on Friday 3rd July between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m.

As always this BBQ will be a completely smoke-free event. No smoking wil be allowed on the school premises at any time. Also, following some unfortunate behaviour by one of our families who thought it appropriate to smuggle in theor own drinks, we reserve the right to ask people to leave school premises if they do not abide by our rules. Thank you for your cooperation in these matters.

At Broadgate we rely heavily on the good will and support of all parents. Therefore, as usual we would welcome the donation of any salads prior to the BBQ. By asking for these, we are able to keep down costs and ensure a healthy profit is made to benefit your children. Additionally, in order to operate successfully, we really do need offers of help from parents. Would you kindly complete the slip at the end of this letter and return it to the school as soon as possible.

We all look forward to a very enjoyable evening on Friday 3rd July. Please come along, and bring your friends too.
