Horsforth Children's Centre aims to contribute to the commitment of giving every child the best start in life, providing better opportunities for parents, offering affordable and good quality childcare and a stronger and safer community within Horsforth.

All staff are committed to working towards a future where all children and young people within Horsforth, and the wider community, are able to realise their potential and are happy and fulfilled, both individually and as contributing members of society.

Horsforth Children's Centre believes that every child really does matter and is dedicated to providing a programme based on the principle that providing integrated education, care, family support and health services are key factors in determining outcomes for children and families.

We will provide a menu of activities such as Parent and Toddler Groups, Baby Breast Feeding Café, Ante-Natal and Post Natal support, Adult Education Classes, Links with Job Centre Plus and Children’s Information Services, all year round childcare, with the input of a qualified teacher, and fun activities for children, young people and their parents to join in with both during term time and in the school holidays.

We are located on Broadgate Primary School site in a newly refurbished building, with generous space both inside and out. Everyone is welcome and will always receive a cheerful greeting. We are open 48 weeks a year, Monday to Friday 8.30am until 4.30pm, with a view to expanding these opening times.
