HOMEOPATHY

Fridays 9.30 – 11.30am starting 11th April

Find out about the ideas behind homeopathy, how to use homeopathic remedies in the home and build up your own homeopathic first aid kit.

 

KEEPING UP WITH THE CHILDREN

Fridays 1 – 3pm starting 11th April

Get direct experience of the literacy hour, the daily maths lesson and the concepts they cover, and explore the ways in which you can help your children at home with English and Maths.

 

YOGA

Thursdays 1 – 3pm starting 5th June

A hatha yoga class for those new to yoga or those seeking a gentler class in which to explore the basics of yoga practise (tbc).

 

WRITING, JOB SEARCH, AND CV SKILLS

Mondays 9.15 – 11.15am starting 6th June

Be aware of the importance of writing skills in the workplace, and identify the strengths and weaknesses in your own writing. Improve your spelling, understand the correct use of punctuation, and overhaul your CV.
